A perfect Nut & Seed Bread Recipe for you and your family!
Ingredients
- 1.5 C cassava flour
- 1 C raw pumpkin seeds
- 0.67 C raw pistachios, roughly chopped
- 0.67 C raw almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 C whole flax seed
- 0.75 C raw sunflower seeds
- 1.5 T chia seeds
- 0.33 C psyllium husk flakes
- 1.5 tsp sea salt
- 3 T apple cider vinegar
- 0.5 C melted coconut oil
- 2 C water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a bread pan with parchment paper.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in aseparate bowl and pour over the dry. Stir well to a homogenous mixture. Scoopinto prepared pan and press down to remove any air gaps and flatten thetop.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and flip the loaf out of pan. Placeback into bread pan, flipped over, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and pan and allow to cool completely on a resting rack.
