NUT & SEED BREAD

A perfect Nut & Seed Bread Recipe for you and your family!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 C cassava flour
  • 1 C raw pumpkin seeds
  • 0.67 C raw pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 0.67 C raw almonds, roughly chopped 
  • 1 C whole flax seed
  • 0.75 C raw sunflower seeds
  • 1.5 T chia seeds
  • 0.33 C psyllium husk flakes
  • 1.5 tsp sea salt
  • 3 T apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 C melted coconut oil
  • 2 C water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a bread pan with parchment paper. 
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in aseparate bowl and pour over the dry. Stir well to a homogenous mixture. Scoopinto prepared pan and press down to remove any air gaps and flatten thetop. 
  3. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and flip the loaf out of pan. Placeback into bread pan, flipped over, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and pan and allow to cool completely on a resting rack.
